Lawsuit against 'Harry Potter' publisher filed

Claiming copyright infringement, the estate of deceased author Adrian Jacobs sued the U.S. publisher of JK Rowling's Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire book (Scholastic) today for lost profits.

The estate last year sued the UK publisher (Bloomsbury) as well as Rowling.

We'll let the 2009 statements of Bloomsbury and Rowling stand. Scholastic has thus far refused comment.
