JK Rowling third most influential woman in the UK

In a survey of 1,000 business leaders Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling was voted the third most influential woman in the UK. Ms. Rowling followed the Queen and former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher.

The survey, by the Leadership Summit, found that those surveyed believe that women are becoming more powerful and that a quarter of those respondents think that women will be as powerful as men by 2012.
