According to Clémence Poésy her character Fleur Delacour will not be making in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which is currently being filmed in the UK.

Ms. Poésy, currently doing promotion for her new movie, In Bruges, which also stars Brendan Gleeson and Ralph Fiennes, discusses having not finished reading the last three books, which she hopes to do soon during her vacation, and discusses working once again with her fellow Potter actors.
