Just days before the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, themed tour group HP Fan Trips will host a live podcast for travelers to discuss their thoughts on the seventh and final installment by JK Rowling.
Representatives from HPANA, MuggleNet, Harry Potter Fan Zone, HarryLatino and other fan sites will gather in Edinburgh, Scotland with trip participants to guide a live chat about the series.
The podcast, including both English and Spanish portions, will encourage discussions such as:
- Predictions for book 7
- Is Severus Snape good or bad?
- In what form will we see Albus Dumbledore again?
- Who lives and who dies?
- Who gets married?
- How do fans feel about the end of the series?
A private, gothic-inspired hall on The Royal Mile in Rowling's hometown will be the venue.
The event, part of the HP Fan Trips Scotland Book Release tour, also includes a banquet meal. There are still a few spaces left on the trip, which includes a hand-delivered copy of book 7 (with special gift!), lodging, and choice of a sidetrip to either Alnwick Castle or an Owl Encounter.
