Hogwarts styled reality show

Everyone seems to be jumping on the Potter bandwagon. British TV station, the BBC, is set to launch a reality series called The Sorcerer's Apprentice, set in a Harry Potter-style boarding school.

Children participating in the show will learn card tricks, Latin spells and illusions and each week will perform for "magic mentors" who will judge their performances and decide who must leave.

The show will air later this year and thanks to Victoria for letting us know that the show was mentioned on the CBBC web site a month ago. The application process is now closed to the public, but was open to 9-13 year olds in the UK.
