'Prisoner' leads Saturn awards

The Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films announced today that Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban leads the nominations in the 31st Annual Saturn Awards.
The movie has been nominated in 9 categories including Best Picture (Fantasy), Best Director (Alfonso Cuarón) and Best Writer (Steve Kloves). Daniel Radcliffe received a nomination for Best Performance By A Younger Actor. The other categories include: Gary Oldman nominated as Best Supporting Actor, John Williams with Best Music, Best Costume, Best Make-up and Best Special Effects round out the nominations.
This year’s 31st Annual Saturn Awards will take place in the U.S. on Tuesday, May 3, at the Universal City Hilton Hotel.
