‘Azkaban’ breaks opening day record of ’Spider-Man’

According to Comingsoon.com Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban has broken the opening day record set by Spider-Man on May 3, 2002. Azkaban pulled in an estimated $41.2 million on Friday, surpassing Spider-Man's take of $39.4 million. It looks like it might be on its way to beat Spider-Man's opening weekend figure of $114.8 million.
