China to prevent "Harry Potter" release, other films

Associated Press is reporting
that China may block international films from being imported into the country, beginning as early as July. This would delay the release of summer movies like Spider-Man 2, Shrek 2 and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
The reported ban comes after regulators recently began tightening ideological control over television, ordering celebrities to tone down their clothing and language and telling broadcasters to shun imported programming that doesn't fit China's "social system and national conditions."
