2004 democratic candidates, pop culture, politics, jk rowling, harry potter author, gotcha
See the 2004 Democratic presidential hopefuls answer the tough question, "Who wrote the Harry Potter books?" VH1 News reporter Aamer Haleem caught up with John Kerry, Howard Dean, Wesley Clark, Joe Lieberman, Dennis Kucinich, and Al Sharpton on the campaign trail recently to test the candidates' popular wisdom knowledge.
Lieberman gave a phonetic guess at JK Rowling's name with his answer "Rowland", but none of the other candidates even tried. Kerry and Dean were not asked, and Edwards didn't stop to take the quiz.
