Michael Gambon has found that his home life has changed considerably since he took over from Richard Harris as Prof. Dumbledore in the new Harry Potter film, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
Gambon told journalists on the Leavesden set of the new film:
"My friends' children come round and see me now, which they never did before, I'm getting letters from all over the world and kids knock on my front door, which is a bit of a nuisance, but you have to keep smiling and be nice. Being Dumbledore is a big responsibility. The work is not arduous."
Since filming began in February - it continues until the end of October - he has had enough time off to make three other films - Being Juilia, Elizabeth Rex and Ladies in Lavendar.
