Harry Potter and the cure for cancer

Gerry Beamond of Huddersfield, England, will dress as Harry Potter 
while participating in a half-marathon for Macmillan Cancer Relief. He hopes it will help generate additional sponsorship for his efforts to aid funding for cancer research.
The Great North Run is a 13.1-mile trek from Newcastle via Gateshead to South Shields.

Mr. Beamond ran the London Marathon earlier this year, earning £2,500 for cancer relief.
