The talented Jamie Boubezavi seemed to have made quite an impression upon judges at the UK Young Impressionist 2003 competition. Masquerading as Rubeus Hagrid in full style, he claimed victory along with Kitty and Lily Lovett and will now be receiving extensive rewards, including a weeklong stay at the Sylvia Young Academy, a renowned stage school.

Literally thousands of hopeful contestants applied for this eventopens in new window, and only a few were chosen. The selection of Jamie, Kitty, and Lily were most deserved.

The trio are now waiting for the judges to decide if they will be one of the 20 grand finalists to make it through to the UK Grand Final of the Haribo contest, which will be held in central London's Planet Hollywood on September 27.

Jamie said: "Today has been such brilliant fun and meeting the bands was so cool.

"Performing on the truck stage was quite nerve-wracking but when I got going I really enjoyed myself. I've got my fingers crossed that I make it through to the final."
