Regarding the Absense of a new Dumbledore

There have been many false rumors about the casting of a new Albus Dumbledore for Prisoner of Azkaban, and in spite of efforts to remind people that these rumors are indeed FALSE, tabloid articles continue to confund people into believing that we have a new Dumbledore. (Personally, anything that reports about Alligator Boy and a new Dumbledore at the same time isn't the most reliable source). Anyway, here's a run-down of what we know and what we don't.

Know:

Christopher Lee has not been approached to play Dumbledore, but would probably say yes if he were.
Ian McKellen has not been approaced for the role, and has hinted he'd prefer playing a character other than Dumbledore.
Richard Harris' stunt-double has not been offered the role.

Don't:

Who will be the next Dumbledore.
