'Goblet of Fire' teaser trailer shown on British TV

The second teaser trailer for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire was shown yesterday on British morning show GMTV, and thanks to Veritaserum, we have it available online. Most of the footage has been seen in some form before but there are some new shots and audio.

UPDATE: Warner Bros. has confirmed that this is the "international teaser trailer" and not the full theatrical trailer, which is generally around two minutes long.
