Chris Rankin, Percy, in the Harry Potter movies has just let us know that he will be participating in a web chat later today on BBC Norfolk. Chris will be giving his thoughts on the just released Half-Blood Prince. The chat is scheduled to start at 18:15 BST (1:15 pm, DST).
