HP Fan Trips' next tour isn't until next summer, but seats are filling up faster than the group's premiere trip in 2004. Registration discounts of up to $50 will be ending December 31 and several of the eight available packages are already more than 25% booked.
Here's the latest from HP Fan Trips:
Early-bird discount ends December 31, 2004
HP Fan Trips is offering a special $50 discount ($25 for weekend package) to those who make reservations before December 31, 2004. To take advantage, participants must make a deposit before the end of the promotion. (You don't need to pay for the whole trip at once. Payment plans are available and very flexible.)
Seats are filling up!
Several of the 2005 tours are already more than 25% booked. This means those interested should make reservations with their friends or family sooner rather than later. Each package will have a maximum of 42 participants. Remember, only the initial deposit is required to reserve a spot on the trip.
Exclusive "Hogwarts Express" train ride news
HP Fan Trips has an exclusive contract with the owners of the train used as the Hogwarts Express in the Harry Potter films. We want as many fans as possible to experience this mind-blowing ride, so we will most likely offer individual tickets for sale at a later date. However, we cannot guarantee seating nor predict the cost until more bookings are made. If you want to be absolutely certain to ride the train, reserve your seat now. All of our 2005 packages include an entire day of riding and activities aboard the famous locomotive.
Earn a free trip
Last year's announcement that HP Fan Trips would give away a free trip generated enough referrals that we provided two packages to different fan sites. This year, we've lowered the necessary referrals from 29 to 25! Fan sites and other organizations can sign up to support HP Fan Trips and start referring participants at http://www.hpfantrips.com/about/support.cfm. You'll get a link on the HP Fan Trips web site and a special code to track referrals.
The fun is in the fandom
One of the most exciting parts of HP Fan Trips is the chance to meet and talk to people with whom an instant connection is already established. Many fans last year brought their full costumes and took some amazing group photos (as well as turned a few heads on the streets of London). There are few places and events to "be yourself" with other fans, and HP Fan Trips is one of them. Join our official Yahoo! Group to start planning your trip and meet other mega-fans.
