ranks Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe #4 on their top foreign celebrities "cutie" list.
Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) and Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) also made the list, according to DanRadcliffe.com. The issue is on sale now locally, and the magazine promises an online preview of the top 10 on September 17.
