Actor Richard Harris, who died last year, was remembered by family, friends and fellow stars in a memorial service
at the Strand Theatre in London last night. Harris, who was 72, became a star in the 1960s and enjoyed a comeback as Dumbledore in the Harry Potter films.
Richard Griffiths - who played Harry Potter's Uncle Vernon - was among those present, while Irish stars Liam Neeson and Gabriel Byrne were also reported to be among about 300 people at the event.
The event which had been organised by Harris' sons Damian, Jared and Jamie took a look at his 40-year career.
Update: Images have been posted up at Rex Features, showing other Harry Potter film cast members present at the event. They included Zoe Wanamaker
, who portrayed Madam Hooch in the first film, and Daniel Radcliffe
, Harry Potter himself (who is incorrectly captioned to be standing next to Rupert in one of the pictures).
