HPANA site weirdness (no graphics)

HPANA is hosted on an business-class ADSL connection at my corporate offices apartment. Starting out, it worked fine for the entire site, but as traffic grew, the strain on the connection began to degrade other sites my business partner roommate and I operate. It wasn't fair to those other sites, so I found a cheap Web hosting company to put all of HPANA's graphics and multimedia on (the biggest bandwidth hogs).
I chose UZIPP, after seeing a button for it on Muggle Pride Zone. They had a $5/month account that seemed perfect, and they catered specifically to fan sites. Well, the service has been very disappointing. Any time you've visited HPANA and experienced missing graphics, UZIPP was down.
I've signed up with Pair.com, a great company I've used before, so hopefully this won't happen again. Thanks for your understanding, and I do apologize for the inconvenience. Keep in mind this is not a reflection of UZIPP's staff, who appear to be a nice group. My experience with their services was just bad.
