New interviews with 'Harry Potter' cast  
In two new interviews with the cast of the "Harry Potter" movies Jason Isaacs, who plays Lucius Malfoy, jokingly says that the films would have benefitted if the young cast had been more rebellious and discusses if they have a future after the series. In an additional interview cast members Rupert Grint, Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson, as well as director David Yates answer some questions about the movies and more.

Isaacs set to return in 'Deathly Hallows' movie  
Jason Isaacs who portrays Lucius Malfoy in the "Harry Potter" movies recently gave an interview where he discussed his return to the screen in "Deathly Hallows." Mr. Isaacs tells that he his surprised when he is recognized, being a fan of Helen McCrory, meeting J.K. Rowling and begging her to have his character return to the series and when he will start filming the next movie.

Update: 'Potter' actors attend Empire Awards, Yates wins 'Best Director'  
This weekend, the Empire Awards were held in London and David Yates walked away with the 'Best Director' award for his work on 'Order of the Phoenix'. Numerous 'Harry Potter' actors were also in attendance, including Emma Watson, Evanna Lynch and Katie Leung. Pictures of the event can be seen online. Update: In a video interview from the event David Yates mentions talks of him directing "Deathly Hallows."

Earlier this evening the BAFTA's took place in London with "Harry Potter" actors Daniel Radcliffe and Jason Isaacs in attendance. Sadly, "Order of the Phoenix" did no receive any awards even though it had been nominated in two categories. Pictures from the awards show are now online. Update: Some hi-res images and a video interview with Daniel are now online.

In a short interview with Imelda Staunton (Prof. Umbridge) and Jason Isaacs (Lucius Malfoy) from "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" movie, Imelda discusses taking the role and Jason mentions the British actors who are in the movies and others who are just vying for a role. Also in the piece David Heyman briefly touches on the recent decision of Emma to continue with the movies. To follow up on another interview that Jason Isaacs did back in November, he recently elaborated on filming his scenes with Gary Oldman for "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix." He also jokingly mentions begging author, JK Rowling, to add his character to the last book as well as ideas on his character.

In a video of an interview from earlier this morning on UK television, Jason Isaacs (Lucius Malfoy) from the "Harry Potter" movies, discussed his character in "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix," which he has finished filming. He mentions fighting Gary Oldman in the Ministry of Magic scenes and how he won't be starring in "Half-Blood Prince" but begged J.K. Rowling to let Lucius out of prison he can make an appearance in the last movie.

Jason Isaacs is scheduled to reprise the role of Lucius Malfoy in "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" with filming for his character to start in September. Jason stated: "I torture myself by always trying to be interesting and human on screen, but every now and again it's great to be in "Harry Potter" and just rip it up and be as singularly evil and unpleasant as possible."

Potter cast on TV    
Here is a quick round up of some U.S. television shows that will be featuring "Harry Potter" actors in the near future. Tonight, fans in the U.S. will be able to view Imelda Staunton (Prof. Umbridge) from the next movie, in PBS's airing of "My Family and Other Animals." Dan will be appearing in the second season of "Extras," which will be showing on HBO this June. Last but not least, Jason Isaacs will appear in Showtime's original series "Brotherhood" which will air in July.

'Order of the Phoenix' update from Empire Awards, BBC    
At last nights Empire Awards ceremony, "Harry Potter" producer David Heyman spoke about "Order of the Phoenix" filming, Jason Isaacs voiced his hope that he would be back and Daniel Radcliffe went against the grain & stated that the fifth book is actually one of his favorites: "The third and the fifth are my favourites, which is a very uncommonly held opinion." UPDATE: Additionally, BBC Radio 1 states that today the young actor will be filming the kissing scene with Cho Chang (as portrayed by Katie Leung).

Jason Isaacs revives Lucius Malfoy role    
Slimy "Harry Potter" villian Lucius Malfoy is set to reappear in "Goblet of Fire," according to ic Liverpool. Actor Jason Isaacs, described by Empire magazine as "Hollywood's Brit villain du jour," is returning to Britain to work on the film, the newspaper reported. The Malfoy character wasn't featured in "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" but has a more important role in the fourth movie.
