No surprise here:

The Harry Potter series tops the list of books most challenged in 2002, according to the American Library Association's (ALA) Office for Intellectual Freedom. The series drew complaints from parents and others concerned about the books' focus on wizardry and magic. This is the fourth year in a row that Harry Potter has been at the top of the list.

Thanks to TLC for the link.
