Cost cut for Libraries

You might remember a recent news article on libraries not being able to order as many "Order of Phoenix" books as they wanted and as demand needs due to funding decrease and insuffient money to buy enough of them. &br;&br;Because of budget cuts, libraries are struggling to have enough Potter books. In New York City, for example, the number of ordered copies has dropped from 956 for the last release, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, to 560 for the new one.&br;&br;Well I'd just like to say that after a little research, for anyone living in the UK this does not apply as seriously. Though not as much emphisis is placed on libraries and so there isn't much funding there will be no decrease so there should still be suffient numbers of the new Harry Potter book for you to loan for a period of time! &br;&br;and remember there's just
