Just a note: the quotes do not preclude the possibility that the idea was presented to the family and these were their comments - that it would be a good idea if it happened, but not that they're starting a campaign for O'Toole. In fact, the quotes seem to support that they're responding to a query about O'Toole rather than bringing it up on their own - read the whole thing to decide for yourself. :-)
