Harry Potter actor Tom Felton has joined the internet campaign Alcohol. It's No Joke and is giving one lucky fan the chance to have him follow them for a week via Twitter with their new competition.

The campaign is aimed at encouraging children to talk to their parents about issues surrounding alcohol and combating the problem of teen drinking. Additional celebrities participating include Jo Brand, Bill Bailey, Russell Kane and Josie Long.
