'Potter' stars nominated for Theatregoers' Choice Awards

The Theatregoers' Choice nominees for 2007 were announced
today and Daniel Radcliffe, from the Harry Potter movies, is up for the "Dewynters Award for London Newcomer of the Year" for Equus, while fellow actor Fiona Shaw was nominated for “Best Solo Performance” for her role in Happy Days; Maggie Smith for "Best Actress in a Play" for her role in The Lady from Dubuque at the Theatre Royal Haymarket and Frances de la Tour for "Best Supporting Actress in a Play" in Boeing-Boeing at the Comedy.
Also, Dan's publicity photos for Equus are nominated for the AKA Theatre Event of the Year category, which identifying key moments that encapsulate the 2007 theatregoing year.
You can vote online starting today for the winners with the results announced in mid-February 2008.
