JK financed film wins award

A film significantly funded by Harry Potter author JK Rowling has won a Deffie for best dramatic short film at the High Definition International film festival.

The 15-minute film, Friday Night Shirt, about single mothers, starred non-professional single mothers from Yarmouth in the UK.
