Couric interview with Rowling postponed till July

Earlier this month we reported that the Katie Couric's Today Show interview with Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling would be airing in June, but this morning it was announced that the interview will take place sometime next month.

An NBC representative has told The Leaky Cauldron that the interview is tentatively scheduled Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday the week of July 11, though that may easily change.

We have also contacted NBC but as of now no official airdate has been confirmed. We will update once we have additional information.

UPDATE: Katie Couric's interview with JK Rowling will air on July 17th on Dateline and July 18th on the Today Show according to The Leaky Cauldron.
