From Highland News Groupopens in new window:

The next blockbusting movie of the exploits of Harry Potter looks set to be filmed in Glencoe. Film world insiders say that much of Harry Potter 4 - the working name for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire - will be made on location in Glencoe.

"Harry Potter 4 will be set largely in Clachaig Gully, in Glencoe," said one who has worked on two of the three previous epics. "Judging by the success of the filming of The Prisoner of Azkaban, Glencoe is the best Harry Potter location Warner Brothers have ever had."

The 'Azkaban' shooting finished last week – almost a fortnight ahead of schedule. They had a post-production party at Glasgow's Holiday Inn, with fingers crossed that they would not need to be recalled to Glencoe for a further day of camera action.

Fourth movie, here we come! Thanks to Geri for this news.
