From BBC:
A man who was accused of handling a stolen Harry Potter manuscript has had the charges against him dropped. Garry Cox, 18, from Harleston, Norfolk, had denied being involved after part of the new book was taken from a printers Clays in Bungay, Suffolk.
Last week, print worker Donald Parfitt was given a community service order for stealing chapters from The Order of the Phoenix.
The two 16-year-old boys, who cannot be named for legal reasons, admitted handling pages from the book and were conditionaly discharged.
Thanks to Geri, this is another "first-to-print" for HPANA.
