Voice of Harry Potter made MBE by Queen

Jim Dale, who voices the characters in the Harry Potter audiobook series, has been made a Member of the British Empire (MBE) by the Queen of England.

Stage and screen recipients include veteran actors Richard Briers, Jim Dale and Ian Carmichael, and actresses Geraldine James and Kristin Scott Thomas. Carry On actor Jim Dale, who has voiced the Harry Potter audio books in the US, is made an MBE.
