Chris Rankin gave a brief description in a post on his official website's forums:

"anyways, it was Emma's birthday the other day and we were doing a great hall scene - and suddenly all the lights went out and we all broke into "Happy Birthday" bless her - she was so embarrassed! and someone came in with a huge cake! I've never seen anyone go so red!"

Now doesn't that just make you go 'awwwww that's adorable!"
