The first official
picture from the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows film has been released. In a new interview, featuring the image, Rupert Grint and director David Yates discuss the film and the grown-up aspects. According to Rupert:
They're paranoid. It's quite a scary world because the Snatchers and Death Eaters are running around everywhere. Harry, Ron and Hermione are just camping out in random places, living rough, in regular clothes.
Me and Dan actually have some stubble.
Additionally, new interviews with Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Bonnie Wright & Tom Felton discuss
life after Potter with producer David Heyman always there for a call, if they need it.

Juicybit says:
A Potter movie without (much) magic? Dunno if this is going to work... It might turn out to be an attractive movie to non-fans, but I would really like them to keep some of the magic, it's just part of the Potter universe to me, even if the major themes work without magic just as well.

Ahh, I can't wait!! So excited. But the bit about not as much magic does make me a bit nervous. I'm sure that that means that there's just going to be other stuff concentrated on quite a bit, though. It will turn out beautifully.
Haha, hurrah for stubble! And, as always, I love the sweater Hermione's wearing. I'm such a sucker for the sweaters they have Emma wear. :)

Hecate3fold says:
That was such a cute picture of them when they were so young, especially Rupert.
I guess only time will tell where they all go from here, but it isn't over yet.
Just a few more days and I will FINALLY see HalfBlood Prince for the first time. I've ordered it but will it arrive on the 8th or be mailed on the 8th? I just hope I'm not disappointed after all this time.
Blessings! Hecate3fold!

Thanks for the preview. I can't wait for the movie release. I'll have to content myself with watching HBP for the 11th (or is it 12th) time when the DVD comes out next week.

I like the pic, they look like they are already on the run with serious looks on their faces. I think it's interesting that Tom has never seen the Star Wars movies. Perhaps when filming is all done and he has a bit of free time he will. I can't wait to se DH.

HufflepuffActress says:
I don’t think that there will be less spells per say just that they are out of the magical element of Hogwarts. Hogwarts is a hub of magical activity a spell around everyone corner and that cannot really happen when you are out camping in the woods. But there is still the magic heavy scenes like the wedding escape and the ministry beak in/out.

Well it makes sense that there won't be as much magic. They are spending time in the forest and towns. Hogwarts is filled with everyday magic because of teaching and the wonders (enchantments) of the castle.
