A set report from the filing of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows has appeared
online this morning, which is in-depth and interesting letting us know that all about Luna's house, Bathilda Bagshot’s house, a dead Dobby and so much more.
A snippet from the report:
After the tour, we went to the canteen to have lunch with our guide and the rest of the crew. While there, our heads were whipping left and right as we saw Rupert, James and Oliver (one of which had a bandage over his head and ear), Mark Williams (Arthur Weasley), Emma, Tom, Bonnie and Evanna (both sporting hair nets so as not to mess up their ornate hair… presumably for the wedding scene about to be filmed), Stan (Krum… who sat at the table next to us and ate lunch by himself), Warwick Davis and his son, Domhnall Gleeson (had prosthetic scars on the left side of his face), several wedding guests and actor’s doubles. One of those was, we firmly believe, was Xenophilius’ double. He was wearing mustard colored corduroys, a pale shirt with a yellow waist coat over the top that was covered in flowers and shoulder length blondish-white hair. I didn’t get a close enough look to see if he was sporting the Deathly Hallows symbol or not.
On Warner Brothers request, the report has been taken down.

Great set report. It really is a shame that most of the sets and props will be destroyed. I really hope that they don't because they tell the story of about 10 years of movie making. It would be very cool if they took most of the props and opened up a museum that would take you through "Harry's journey".

There were so many things that I would like to have from the collection of artifacts that have been created for the movies. I do so hope that a replica of the opal necklace will be available for purchase. That is on the top of my list of 'must haves'. The list goes on from there.

Wow. I wasn't too sure if they were going to do the wedding bit, as they didn't mention the relationship at all in the sixth film, but I'm so happy they're going with it! And I'm glad they're not kicking Dobby out, as they have done for all the other films since the second!
It might actually be like the book this time (:

I'm glad they arent cutting the wedding or Dobby, and it seems like they are sticking to the book with the wedding guests if Krum is there, since they probably could have found a way to cut him out, but i am Soooo glad they havent! *SQUEAAAAL*

Oh wow! That would really be terrible if they delayed it again! It's already so far away (461 days to go...) I was so angry when it was twilight instead (not that i don't love twilight, it's just not harry standards and the movie wasn't all that good.) And it would be the best thing ever to be able to walk onto that harry potter set *sigh*.

I missed reading the whole article, but from what I read of the snipplet, I am having a little more hope that perhaps WB will get it right for once, and quit getting so wild and bizarre with what they cut out and add to the movies. Maybe the saying is right, save the best for last. Anyway I am glad to hear it looks like there will be a wedding, (still interested in how they are going to work out the details for that since movie wise, it is totally coming out of thin air) and that our beloved Dobby will be in this movie. YEAH!!!!
