A new picture from the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince movie has appeared online of Frank Dillane, who plays a teenage Tom Riddle in the movie. The new picture comes with a reminder
of the ABC preview of the Potter movies which we previously told you about.
Scenes previewed from the new movie include:
A look into the tortured past of Lord Voldemort/Tom Riddle (played by Frank Dillane), an introduction to the new Potions teacher, Professor Slughorn (Jim Broadbent), and scenes of budding love in the hallowed halls of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
David Heyman has this to say about the HBP movie:
It's different than the other films. It's not the non-stop action that some of the others are, although there is some action. It's more of an emotional film. We follow multiple stories: Harry's relationship with Ginny Weasley, Ron's relationship with Lavender Brown. … There also is Hermione's discomfort with Ron's relationship with Lavender. There's Draco Malfoy's story. And then there's Harry's relationship with (Hogwarts headmaster and professor) Dumbledore. We're following these multiple stories that enrich the canvas.

Wicked picture.Makes me excited about the film,however not that quite excited as before.Also I agree with David Heyman,with the upcoming HBP,Indeed,its a very emotional and has a deeper plot.With all the characters dilemma and feelings bursting forth.Its gonna be one hell of a film.

That's what they should have done with book four too, followed Hermionie's story about SPEW. They left too much out of that book. As well as book five.

Its so awesome. I really like what Heyman said only HBP is full of non-stop action as well. I think that it was a page turner like all the other ones. The only thing is it's more emotional and more in-depth.

I watched off and on throughout the whole weekend and never once did I see any promotional items for HBP...only 30 promos. My timing really stank I guess. Oh well tis the busy season for me lately.
