According to an updated cast list
for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Dario Marianelli will be the composer for the film. Mr. Marianelli recently worked on V for Vendetta, Pride & Prejudice and The Brothers Grimm.
IMDb has been wrong before (the site's information is based largely on user submissions) and there has been no announcement as to whether or not John Williams will be reprising his role, so please treat this as a rumor until confirmed.
UPDATE: HPANA has learned that Nicholas Hooper will be the film's composer.

If he did Pride and Prejudice, he can't be all bad because the Pride and Prejudice music was excellent. I would like to see the old composer however, because he was excellent. Even my school choir has sang songs that he has put together, that's how excellent our teacher found him.

Interesting. It's sad to think that John Williams might not be back again, although Patrick Doyle did a wonderful job for GoF. I've been really impressed with Dario Marianelli's work recently (I absolutely love the score for "Pride and Prejudice"), so I'd be interested to hear his take on HP if he does in fact get the job as composer for OotP. I guess we'll just have to wait and see who ends up getting the job. :-/

Though John Williams is excellent and he did a brilliant job on the Harry Potter movies so far. I'm a huge fan of his music and so is my band's conductor. I think I know nearly all his pieces now! I would be very disappointed if he was dropped a second time, but the movies are changing and so is everything around it. *sigh*
