Welcome all to the Death Eaters Covenant!

Before you become a Death Eater you need to know the rules, the same goes for our current members. They are as follows:

1. All HPANA rules apply here. PG 13 is the rating, please keep it that way.
No profanity, gory or excessive violence and no sexual talk.
2. Ravenclaws, Gryffindors, Hufflepuffs and Slytherins are welcome and are all equal.
3. The Aurors give us cookies and homemade greeting cards: therefore we
don’t fight or insult them. Doing so will make us cranky. You cannot post in the Auror Squad, and they cannot post here unless they are of a high ranking. If they do, please report it to the First, Second, or Third in Command. If they persist to be a problem
and are insulting, report it to a moderator as you would any other offence.
4. Respect those of higher ranking. If you have a problem stalk the First, Second, or Third in Command and they will sort it for you. Don’t feel intimidated, we may be evil overlords in training, but we still like to be approachable.
5. Non-magical folk such as muggles, mud bloods and squibs are inferior to us, and shall be scorned.

To join you must first post the Oath and then complete a couple of questions so that we know a little about you:

We promote members based on how they interact, and how often. To make it fair promotions shall be given on a sort of point system, good behaviour will be rewarded. Also we will take notes of who is around a lot, familiar. Pleasant faces may find themselves promoted quickly even though they do not complete tasks. Tasks are a fun aspect, and are not compulsory.

Unless we are told those who are gone for a long periods of time will be demoted. If a good excuse is give when you return you will be given your place back. This must be a good excuse though. If a reason is given before hand you will be placed in Death Eaters on a Mission for the Dark Lord.

Promotions will be given out on the 1st of each month: the next is due February 1st.

First in Command
The First in Command is in charge if the DEC and there to take care of pretty much everything. Whenever there’s a fight, if you feel like you don’t belong, or have trouble with some other member, you can always count on the First and ask her to take care of it. She’ll try and get back to you as soon as possible, and make sure that the same thing doesn’t occur again. Obviously, questions can also be directed to her, but she’s also just around to have fun.

Second and Third in Command
They do the same things as the Leader of the DEC, but are just of a lower rank, so if something has to be decided upon and it can’t be figured out, the Leader will decide. Apart from something like that, they have the same power as the Leader.

Dark Adviser of Evil
The rank of Dark Adviser of Evil is a rank in which a member of the D.E.C. is appointed to serve as an adviser it the Leaders. The rank rightfully belongs to Sinjin Of Montecore and he shall hold it indefinitely unless he wishes to leave the rank.

The Council of the Elders
The council is there to give advice on certain issues. Mostly they help the First, Second and Third in Command. They aren’t around as much as all of the other members, but they definitely know the DEC, so when they’re around, you can always ask them if you have questions.

His Most Loyal
This rank you have to apply for. There are a few things though. You have to have been a member for a long time, you should be in a higher rank, and you don’t have the time to come in anymore. If you ask the First, Second or Third in Command, they’ll tell you whether you would qualify.

Azkaban Wanted
You've been a Death Eater for a good while now and you've by now, I'm sure, made a name for yourself; people know you. It's your job to keep the DEC in order as best you can when the Leaders aren't around. All the responsibilities and powers held by those of lower ranks are all your's, as well, if you should so choose to use them.

Senior Death Eaters
As a Senior Death Eater, you’re expected to help make sure everything in the DEC runs smoothly. We expect you to solve fights, if they ever may occur, help the lower ranks, and don’t get into any fights yourself. Of course you can also offer classes, that can be done by everyone, and set tasks for others to enjoy. A Senior Death Eater, is mostly about helping make sure everything in the DEC goes well, and that the Death Eaters are having fun. Suggestions for things that can be changed, and maybe events that should take place, are always very welcome.

Junior Death Eaters
Junior Death Eaters are expected to help out with the tasks of the Senior and Head Death Eaters. They can (help) set tasks, and teach classes if they want to. In contrast to the two higher ranks, you’re not expected yet to actually set the tasks or teach lessons yourself, because you’ll first have to learn how to do that, but seeing as the best way to learn is just to try, that’s what you can do.

Death Eaters
You’re finally considered a real Death Eater. Of course you were one before, but you still had to prove you really belong here. You’ve done that now! You can now also tell new applicants what to do, because obviously, you know enough about the DEC now to explain it all. Help to set tasks and teach classes, because now you can! But it might be a better idea to talk to others about it. To lower ranked members about what they want, and talk to the higher ranks how you should set up something like a class, or a task. Get brainstorming!

Senior Assistants
The term assistant gives it all away. You’re an assistant to the Senior Death Eaters. Watch how they set tasks, teach classes, and keep order in the DEC, so once it is your job, you can do it just as well.

Junior Assistants
Assist the Junior Death Eaters, and let them know of anything that’s of importance. By helping the Junior Death Eaters, you'll already get a small peek at what it’s like to have a rank like that. By watching to see what problems the Junior Death Eaters run into when setting tasks or teaching classes you won’t make the same mistakes. It’s all about learning and having a good time.

Apprentices
You're starting to learn how things are around here, but you still have things to learn. Help those of higher rank out as much as you can and lean as much as you can in the process.

Veteran
The most emphasis is still on being in the DEC, talking to people there, having fun with others, and getting to know them. Helping out newer members is always appreciated, though don’t act like you know everything, because there’s still a lot more to learn. And remember, homework will always help you get ahead sooner, not only as a Veteran, but in all ranks after that.

Trainees
The most important thing, still, is to be present in the DEC, get to know everyone a bit better, and show you care for the place. Help out the even newer members, and ask for help when you don’t know what to do. Doing some lessons, and turning in homework is always a good way to get promoted sooner of course.

Recruits
As a Recruit, you don’t have any tasks yet. All you have to do, is come in the DEC and talk. Of course you can also do tasks and lessons that are set, so you’ll get promoted faster. But as a Recruit, the most important thing is to be in the DEC and get to know some people.

On a Mission for the Dark Lord
When you know that you can’t come in for some time you can let us know you’ll be away for some time. If you do so, you will be placed in this list. This way we all know who’s not going to be able to come in. Also, once your on the list you won't be demoted.

CHANGES

First of all, we have now changed the official title of a Leader of the D.E.C. to First in Command of the D.E.C., which was the original title for that position a few years back.

Secondly, we have decided to add a new rank between the Leaders and the Council of Elders called Dark Adviser of Evil. This rank will be held by Willie (Sinjin of Montecore); he shall hold the position indefinitely until which time he may want to give it up.

APPLICATIONS FOR THIRD IN COMMAND ARE OFFICIALLY CLOSED.

We the Council Members are not the only ones who organise, come up with new ideas, and work on improving this place to the better. You as members play a bigger and vital role in participating with all these categories. If we do you any good, give us your support. If we go wrong, and come up with something that does not please or satisfy you, then set us straight. Your opinions matter to us, and so do your suggestions, and that could earn you better ranks, and give us the impression that you really do care about this place.

Honesty is integrity and lying is a treachery; speak to us, and tell us your feelings, and we are more than happy to help you, and see to your needs. Please do not lie to us, and say you're fine when you're not, and have us finding out from a different person. Do not be afraid to ask, suggest, or disapprove of something for it is our job to listen to you, and see to your needs.

We here are a family, and if one is affected in someway, we all must help this person. Remember, we are not always better than any of you, so help us so that we help you. Be apart of this place, and show us how effective you can be. Let us together build a better Death Eaters Covenant, for all of us to be satisfied and happy. Sincerely,

Lessons:

Lesson 1: Common Spells, Hexs and Curses used in Tortures.
This lesson is going to review the Spells, Hexes, and Curses we use when torturing people.

Unforgivable Curses;

Cruciatus Curse; "Crucio" The Cruciatus curse is used to cause your victim intolerable pain. This curse is almost always used during a torture. It is one of the easiest ways to cause the victim pain.

Imperius Curse; "Imperio" The Imperius curse is used when you want to be able to control your victim. It is often used when torturing one, or two people. Making one's friend kill the other.

The Killing Curse; "Avada Kedavra" The Killing Curse is the most used curse. Almost every torture ends with the victim being killed by this curse. It is un-blockable, and there is no way to stop this curse once it has been cast.

Sectumsempra; The cutting curse. This Curse cuts deep into the victim. It can be used to make small, minor cuts. But it can also be used to cause deep deadly ones as well.

The Stunning spell; "Stupefy" This spell is used to knock your victim unconscious.

Incendio; The fire spell is a fave among a few. After they kill there victim, they like to start a nice warm fire.

Body-Bind Curse; "Petrificus Totalus" The body bind curse locks the victims body together, making them unable to move anything but their eyes.

Furnunculus; This curse causes the victim to break out in painful boils all of there body.

These are some of the most used spells, hexes, and curses used to torture your victim. These is no problem with using these curses, hexes, and spells. But when it comes to Torturing for the Dark Lord's pleasure, you want to have a vast knowledge of spells to use.

It's not possible Ashlee, you see, the truth is, the me you see now is just a holographic projection made up of photons and force feilds. I'm afraid the real me is a broken down old robot millions of miles away who's stuck under a space shuttle that fell sideways while being prepared for launch and my joints are completely ceased up so that I can't use my supper robotic strength to lift the shuttle off of me... I'm a regular C-3P0.
