This site is the result of the combined efforts of the Muggles listed below. If you've ever met someone on the street who knew entirely too much about the Harry Potter universe, chances are they work at HPANA.

Jeff Guillaume (a.k.a. Cheeser)

Jeff created the Harry Potter Automatic News Aggregator in 2002 as a means to stay up-to-date with Harry Potter-related news and happenings. He is a professional Web developer and published guest newspaper columnist, with award-winning history in print design, layout and journalism. Twenty-eight years old, Jeff hails from Michigan in the U.S. and is one of the co-founders of HP Fan Trips. He can be reached at webmaster@hpana.com.

Geraldine (a.k.a. Geri)

Originally from Ireland, Geri is a Harry Potter fan from New York City who holds a degree in Criminal Justice and works in Public Relations. A Potter fan since 2000, her aim is to keep HPANA one of the most up-to-date sites out there and to bring the enjoyment of Harry Potter to as many people as possible. Most days she can be found around the water cooler discussing all things Harry Potter with her co-workers. She can be reached at geri@hpana.com.

Alisha
(a.k.a. Prof. Dish)

Relatively new to the Harry Potter fandom, Alisha joined HPANA in 2004 after lurking the site for a few months. After seeing the movies and reading the books, she searched the internet to find fans as excited about the series as she was (and found she was definitely not alone!). Alisha teaches high school math in Ohio and enjoys reading all kinds of books and also cross-stitching. She was recently married to her high school sweetheart after five long years of dating.

Colt Buckley
(a.k.a. Lord Zimkel)

Born December 29, 1987, Colt was named after Samuel Colt, who is widely credited for popularising the revolver during the 1800's. After leaving the puplic school system in fifth grade to be homeschooled, Colt first discovered the Harry Potter series a few months before the Philosopher's Stone hit movie theatres and his mum forced him to read a paperback copy of the Sorcerer's Stone his sister had gotten from an American friend. At first he was reluctant to read it, but, like so many others, after he picked it up he was hooked from page one! Colt hails from the province of New Brunswick, Canada. His interests include reading, history, politics, and coin collecting.

Tyler Wiesner
(a.k.a. tman93)

Hailing from Hollywood, CA, Tyler is a professional actor, magician and host. Tyler has been a passionate fan of the Harry Potter books and movie series since it began. He teaches "muggle magic" at the HP Fan Trips School of Wizardry in the summers in England. (For those of you that did the online HP Quest, you will probably know him best as the characters Wilson and Demetrious. If you play Chamber of Chat, you've probably also heard him as the British voice that does the spells.) He can be reached at tyler@hpana.com.

Jeremy Baril
(a.k.a. Jeremy)

Jeremy began reading Harry Potter just before the release of the first movie, and was immediately hooked. It was not for sometime however, that he found the online fan community. Starting in 2004 he began following Harry Potter news through fansites, and a few years later he joined the staff at www.the-portkey.com, where he served as a senior staffer until 2008, when he joined the team at HPANA. Apart from working at HPANA, he has a passion for web design, as well as finishing up his high school education.
